（Linux）ユーザが残っている状態でサーバを停止させようとしてもエラーとなる

RHELはよくできている

別のユーザがログインしている状態で

$ systemctl halt

を打っても

User hoge is logged in on sshd.
Please retry operation after closing inhibitors and logging out other users.
Alternatively, ignore inhibitors and users with 'systemctl halt -i'.

と案内が出て教えてくれる。ありがたい。
